Donald Freeman, founder of FCM, has been designing and managing investment portfolios for ten years.
As a former mechanical engineer and mathematics major, Donald thoroughly analyzes and
constructs portfolios that are most suitable for each client.
Donald teaches investment courses at Portland Community College.
Topics include: The Technology Revolution, buying and selling stocks, and how to evaluate and construct portfolios of global Exchange-Traded Funds.
His clients stay well informed through his market analysis reports which he dispatches weekly by email and video. He researches global ETFs and travels regulary between Asia and Oregon.
Who makes the investment decisions for my portfolio?
All portfolios are individually designed and managed by Donald Freeman, founder
and President of FCM. Donald has ten years' experience in the financial services industry,
building and managing diversified equity portfolios.

Does FCM charge for an initial consultation?
There is no charge for an initial consultation.

If I am not satisfied with FCM services,
is there a cost to terminate the agreement?
Either party may terminate the Investment Agreement
at any time, for any reason.
There is no termination charge.

What type of reporting will I receive?
The brokerage firm provides a monthly account statement and we send out regular market analysis reports to keep you informed.

Can I access my account online?
Yes, you can review your account online 24 hours a day through the brokerage firm's web page.
You will be given a login and password to access account balances, positions, and transaction history.

Who has access to my money?
The only person or persons who have access are those
whose names are listed as the owner(s) of the account.
FCM has no direct access to client assets.
You will always have access to your account by
calling the brokerage firm where client assets are
held or by your personal login using Internet access.

Is FCM obligated to push and sell products of another organization?
No, we are completely independently owned.

How many transactions can I expect in a typical year?
The number of transactions in your portfolio each year will vary based on market conditions.
Typically you can anticipate between 10 and 15 trades for rebalancing purposes.
We typically hold between 10 and 12 positions in each portfolio.

How is my portfolio different than a mutual fund?
Each portfolio is designed for the specific needs of the client. Unlike a mutual fund, you do not
own a piece of a larger portfolio. Clients own the individual securities (ETFs)
in their own account, which is managed with your goals in mind.
